Yep, you read that right. Last week in the House Judiciary Committee, Crazy Jack said: “We shouldn’t go forward with clogging our prisons with property crimes…that sometimes could be accidental.” 

He was referring to a proposal that would treat a person who keeps a rental car beyond the return date as one who has stolen the vehicle.  If a driver doesn’t return a vehicle at the due date and avoids calls to return the vehicle, what would you call that driver?  When this committee took the vote, Crazy Jack voted “no” on the proposal.  Soft on crime and soft in the head…

And we’re looking forward to Crazy Jack’s next two years in the Arizona House of Representatives.  Crazy Jack was term-limited from the rare air and lofty position as a State Senator…only to run for the lowly House seat.  And that’s how one gets around voter-approved term limits…so that he can keep his job that pays $24,000 per year.
