Crazy Jack Harper
Crazy Jack, the Bankrupt Hypocrite

Crazy Jack Harper, under what rock have you been hiding?  We’ve sorta missed you!

Today’s episode finds Crazy Jack trying to eliminate a homeowner’s ability to walk away from their mortgage.  And he’s doing this on behalf of the Big Banks, according to an article in the Arizona Business Gazette.  Now, whether you agree or disagree with this idea, here’s the kicker:

Crazy Jack Harper declared personal bankruptcy in 2004.  He walked away from his debts.  And he got to stick it to…the banks.  And to…the taxpayers.

Bankrupt Jack Harper had his STATE and FEDERAL taxes wiped away, including obligations to several banks.  And you wonder why banks wanted a bailout?  Because Harper stuck them with HIS bill!  We taxpayers have had to cover Harper’s irresponsible financial dealings.

Harper claimed $242,236 in secured claims and $770,167 in unsecured claims against personal property of $31,590, not counting his home, which was valued at about $300,000.  Add that up and you see why Harper went bankrupt. And that was in 2004 when the economy was doing great… (scroll down in this stream of articles to read Crazy Jack’s bankruptcy papers for yourself)

Not only has Crazy Jack declared bankruptcy, and stuck taxpayers and banks with his debts, but now he allegedly works for a mortgage company!  We use the term ‘work’ very loosely, because he’s yet to close any deal.  But now this raging hypocrite wants to close the door on the other schmucks who can’t pay their bills.

Tsk tsk, Crazy Jack.
