In this recent news article, Crazy Jack is trying to nail down those “tax cheats”:
“Basically, they’ll go back to being tax cheats without knowing it,” Harper quipped.
Harper said he has always made a conscious effort to figure his out-of-state purchases. “But most people would rather not know that they’re cheating on their taxes.”
We’re here to help Cheatin’ Jack remember that he had his state and federal taxes wiped out in his bankruptcy. Look at the creditors in these documents whose claims were wiped out with Cheatin’ Jack’s bankruptcy: AZ Department of Revenue, Internal Revenue Service. Oh, and a bunch of banks that were recently bailed out by taxpayers.
Who bailed out Cheatin’ Jack Harper? The taxpayers.

In a move of blatant corruption, Harper authored and voted on a bill that would personally benefit him and the company he works for as a mortgage broker.
Read the description here and note the changes he made in changing the licensing requirements. Also, note the ‘protectionist’ and ‘elitist’ nature of this legislation, as it’s designed to restrict competition with the requirements that one must have a specific net worth.
Seriously? And this coming from a douche bag who declared bankruptcy to avoid paying his consumer debt and his state and federal taxes? Review the actual documents from his bankruptcy here!
Harper’s Facebook page states that he has to “retire”. Thank god! Because with the Harper Highway pork project and the massive property tax increase and sales tax increases that he’s voted for, taxpayers cannot afford Harper!

Anonymous asked: thanks for the skinny on this guy! i recently read about the legislation he's trying to pass on azcentral and arizona daily star. keep digging and i'll keep forwarding.
Anonymous asked: KFYI Has a poll on crazy jacks latest scheme. The bill to stop people from walking away from their mortgages. Latest is 43% for crazy jack - 57% against, this a station with mostly conservative listeners. WE NEED TO GET THE WORD OUT ON THIS
Anonymous asked: Hey Jack (of all trades, master of none) - Since you've decided to - once again - spit on working folks, I have a question. If your non-deficiency proposal gets past committee, and somehow gets voted in before the coming purge of radical, hypocritical Republicans (2012), will you then reimburse Bank of America for your own "walk away" 6 years ago? Probably not, huh? OK - from now on I'm going to refer to you as "Skippy" (it fits so well). - William Sullivan Phoenix, AZ
Crazy Jack says that he wants to become Arizona Secretary of State in 2012…so he’s attempting to increase the pay by $25,000 while still in the legislature! (Read this recent article.) He’s trying to disguise this pay raise in a bill to increase pay for other elected officials. Last week, Crazy Jack sent out an email telling everyone on his list that “It’s an unfulfilled goal to be the secretary of state.”
How much more corruption is the public going to permit from Crazy Jack Harper???
Crazy Jack is calling it quits! And although that makes us sad, I’m sure we’ll find another ding dong who is an easy target.
His wife, who has earned the sole income in that family for at least 10 years and deserves a medal for bearing that burden, finally pressured Crazy Jack to get a real job. She knew that there was more about Crazy Jack that would be revealed to the public this next election. Smart move: spare your family before being further publicly humiliated.
But, on his way out the door, Crazy Jack has threatened to return…as a candidate for Secretary of State. (Why would anyone want this guy one heartbeat away from becoming Governor?) Or he wants to become a US Ambassador. (With what country would the US want to destroy its relations?)
So what are the qualifications for a US Ambassador?
Sorry, Crazy Jack, but the vote is 3-2 that you just won’t make it as a US Ambassador. But the good news is, with your prior experience as an executive assistant in the Army (Yes, we were able to locate your DD214 from the military…), you just might have the skills needed to be a secretary. Crazy Jack, while you’re up, would you get me a cup of coffee, please? (You probably heard that a lot in the Army…)
Crazy Jack Harper, under what rock have you been hiding? We’ve sorta missed you!
Today’s episode finds Crazy Jack trying to eliminate a homeowner’s ability to walk away from their mortgage. And he’s doing this on behalf of the Big Banks, according to an article in the Arizona Business Gazette. Now, whether you agree or disagree with this idea, here’s the kicker:
Crazy Jack Harper declared personal bankruptcy in 2004. He walked away from his debts. And he got to stick it to…the banks. And to…the taxpayers.
Bankrupt Jack Harper had his STATE and FEDERAL taxes wiped away, including obligations to several banks. And you wonder why banks wanted a bailout? Because Harper stuck them with HIS bill! We taxpayers have had to cover Harper’s irresponsible financial dealings.
Harper claimed $242,236 in secured claims and $770,167 in unsecured claims against personal property of $31,590, not counting his home, which was valued at about $300,000. Add that up and you see why Harper went bankrupt. And that was in 2004 when the economy was doing great… (scroll down in this stream of articles to read Crazy Jack’s bankruptcy papers for yourself)
Not only has Crazy Jack declared bankruptcy, and stuck taxpayers and banks with his debts, but now he allegedly works for a mortgage company! We use the term ‘work’ very loosely, because he’s yet to close any deal. But now this raging hypocrite wants to close the door on the other schmucks who can’t pay their bills.
Tsk tsk, Crazy Jack.
Yep, you read that right. Last week in the House Judiciary Committee, Crazy Jack said: “We shouldn’t go forward with clogging our prisons with property crimes…that sometimes could be accidental.”
He was referring to a proposal that would treat a person who keeps a rental car beyond the return date as one who has stolen the vehicle. If a driver doesn’t return a vehicle at the due date and avoids calls to return the vehicle, what would you call that driver? When this committee took the vote, Crazy Jack voted “no” on the proposal. Soft on crime and soft in the head…
A Legacy of Legislative Lunacy -
We thought we had completely covered the silliness that is Crazy Jack Harper. But wait. There is more…much more. Read this article for some more history on Crazy Jack.
And we’re looking forward to Crazy Jack’s next two years in the Arizona House of Representatives. Crazy Jack was term-limited from the rare air and lofty position as a State Senator…only to run for the lowly House seat. And that’s how one gets around voter-approved term limits…so that he can keep his job that pays $24,000 per year.
How ‘crazy’ is it that Harper equates himself - and his ethically-challenged behaviors - with conservative icons Vice President Dan Quayle and LT COL Oliver North?
Harper criticizes his democrat opponent for using the “publicly funded” campaign system. Crazy Jack has used the same taxpayer-funded system for the past EIGHT YEARS.

U.S. Congressman Refutes Another Harper Lie
Legislative District 4 Republicans held a regular monthly meeting on August
16, 2010. U.S. Congressman Trent Franks was the guest speaker. The next
day, The Arizona Capitol Times reported that Sheriff Joe Arpaio withdrew his
support for State Senator Jack Harper.
Harper responded by accusing Senate candidate Scott Bundgaard and LD4 GOP
Chairman Lyle Tuttle of trying to “strong-arm” Franks into distancing
himself from Harper. Harper further stated that Bundgaard and Tuttle tried
to speak with Franks at the district meeting before and after Franks
addressed the Republicans, but that it was clear Franks wanted nothing to do
with them.
Congressman Franks publicly refuted another Harper lie. On August 19th, Franks told listeners of the Crossroads with Van radio show:
“I was told of something that occurred that I want to set the record
straight. They said Lyle Tuttle and Scott Bundgaard had approached me
recently at a Legislative District meeting and tried to dissuade me from
supporting Jack Harper and that is absolutely not true. Lyle Tuttle & Scott
Bundgaard have never spoken a negative word to me about Jack of any kind,
ever.”
Franks added, “I hold Lyle Tuttle in the highest regard as well as Scott
Bundgaard.”
Harper continues to lie to us in order to win election to the Arizona House.
Any candidate this desperate cannot be trusted. Now, Harper has dragged
Congressman Franks into his web of deceit in an attempt to deceive us
further.
Listen for yourself to Congressman Franks on Van’s show. It is about 5
minutes into an interview with U.S. Senate candidate J.D. Hayworth.
Harper keeps lying to voters, this time on Facebook:
“Jack W. Harper August 18 at 9:14pm
That site was started by one of the candidiates for State Senate in my legislative District and his paid campaign anager updates it. Some of it is petty, some of it misleading, and one thing is doctored. A couple things are out-right lies.
The inportant thing to remember is that I definately paid all of my personal and business taxes in full and on time. That part is an out-right lie.”
